I am going to close this report as I believe 1 it may have been related
to KNetworkManager which has already been reported. If you are still
experiencing this issue, I urge you to reopen this report. I just feel
that there was a minor glitch during one of the updates that more than
likely worked itself out. I have not experienced this issue since around
the Herd 3 release as well.
