I attached what should be translated to interest rate formula on Calc. With boolean method and "Atingir Meta" from Tools menu, it is possible to target the sum of the cash flow to zero changing the interest rate on boolean method from negative number -10,000 to zero and from positive number from +10,000 to zero.
