I don't know the command to add a repository. I do it by adding it to /etc/apt/sources.list, and the PPA page tells you right in the paragraph that you can do it by going to Software Sources (System -> Administration -> Software Sources in Ubuntu, or SystemSettings -> Add and Remove Software -> Settings -> Edit Software Sources on Kubuntu). Go to the Third Party tab, and there's an "add" button. Copy and paste in the bold part ( ppa:maco.m/ppa ) of the PPA page. Then tell it to check for updates and install updates.
