I get this behaviour:
1. Goto a page using a flash webcam
2. 'Allow' flash to use the webcam
3. Finish/close that page with the flash object and the cam disconnects
4. Now any flash inside the browser window and cheese (or any other cam app)
gets the message:
libv4l2: error setting pixformat: Device or resource busy
5. Close the browser, now cheese can access the webcam.
It's as if the browser only gets 1 use, then it can't access the cam
again and the cam is stuck until the browser is closed.
