Mathieu This is occurring because the driver is detecting a TV connected to the computer. Since the SL400 has no analog tv output, this should not happen. I had the same bug in CentOS, and the workaround was to adjust xorg.conf with a Monitor section.
Section "Monitor" Itentifier "TV" Option "Ignore" "True" EndSection and put Option "monitor-TV" "TV" under the Device section of the intel driver. For that to work, you will need to create your own xorg.conf. -- [gm45] Display problem with Ubuntu 9.04 on Thinkpad SL400 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/426259 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
