I see this is a one year old bug, but could you provide more informations?
Gajim version, Ubuntu version etc.
This could be achieved either by hand of by running
apport-cli -u 376713
in a terminal.
If you haven't the system any more I think this should be marked as invalid as
nothing can be determined.
