Yes, it does. Don't use expert mode unless an installer developer
recommends that you do so in order to avoid a problem.
(Note that I'm not closing this bug - it is a bug, but UI warts in
expert mode aren't a priority to fix, and if you care about them you
should simply not use expert mode.)
