I am a laptop user, and I went through the "trouble" of using gimp to create a long landscape wallpaper to fit both of the monitors with the correct exact resolution. Since I also use my laptop without the docking station, I used to have it "style: Tile" so, when I use just one monitor it would display only the left side, and when i have two monitors, this second would display the extension of the wallpaper. Well, "Style: Tile" now tiles it from the center to the edges instead of from the top to bottom and left to right. And there is no way to reproduce that behavior for people that use both setups.
