Public bug reported:
While logged in as a user who is neither an Admin nor a sudoer,
attempting to do System > Administration > Printing > Add (or any of a
hundred other administration tasks) results in a prompt for the root
password. I have no root password, nor do I use the root user. This
prompt is very confusing. I do have the username and password for the
user who installed the system, and can enter both of those pieces of
information at the prompt to proceed, but the prompt does not make it
evident that this is a viable option. At best this is a verbiage issue.
