Hello, I had a chance to access this computer again after the recent upgrade to Lucid.
Here are the results : - No Xorg.conf : resolution is wrong (720x400 instead of 1680x1050) (see xorg.0.log.out-of-the-box.txt) - Xorg.conf with vesa driver : resolution is correct (see xorg.0.log-vesa.txt) - Xorg.conf with openchrome and "Virtual 1680 1050" : resolution is correct (see xorg.0.log-virtual.txt) Hope it helps (I'm sorry but I can't compile drivers on this computer as it's not mine and have limited access to it). ** Attachment added: "xorg.0.log.out-of-the-box.txt" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/49559506/xorg.0.log.out-of-the-box.txt -- [P4M900] X.org detects bad resolution (720x400 instead of 1680x1050) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/378033 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
