I have the same problem but even a new generated user (avoiding damaged
files somewhere in the user subdirs)  cannot start the akonadi database.
The creation obviously is successful.

I have also started the appamor in complain mode, allthough I didn't
knew what I was doing.

For me it seems to be a permission problem but I don't know how to find
the right spot where to fix it.

This makes KDE completely useless !
