Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openssl

I started adept and got informed there was a Feisty beta to upgrade to.
I started the upgrade process and when the upgrade process came to the
configuration of the openssl package it just hang there.
I restarted the PC and gave an "apt-get -f upgrade". Upgrade started again.
When the package manager came to the openssl package I found out that it says
something like: "Libraries upgraded, you now have to restart the services that
depend on it" and there's a confirmation dialog. I answered it and all went
well: I don't know why but starting the upgrade process from adepd under X I
had no info about this dialogue.

** Affects: openssl (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
