Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mplayer

Every instance of mplayer opened in a firefox tab keeps running after the tab
is closed.
I discovered this when FF crashed and I kept hearing the audio. When I opened
the System Monitor I saw many instances of mplayer running, and after killing a
particular one (the more CPU-demanding instance) the audio stopped.
