I still believe, that issue is also related to upgrade, not just to
dropbox library.

After reboot, the gnome environmet didn't worked properly. The menu and
panels wasn't started, ALT + F2 not worked.

I was trying to "reinstall" gnome part and found error messages from
apt, that package system dependencies are broken

gnome-desktop-environment is already the newest version.
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
gnome: Depends: swfdec-mozilla but it is not going to be installed

this packages had removed epiphany-extensions and apt-get install
epiphany-extensions removed swfdec-mozilla

apt-get remove gnome-panel
apt-get install gnome-panel

apt-get autoremove
apt-get install ubuntu-netbook ubuntu-desktop

now I have panel and menus again, but will test next reboot later

My points:
1. gnome not usable after apt-get remove nautilus-dropbox Is that only dropbox
issue?
2. are we reporting to dropbox "owner", that this issue exist
3. the issue started only after upgrade and the packaging system have issues
with dependencies For me is that not only dropbox issue.
