Public bug reported:
"B2C2 FlexCopII DVB chip / Technisat SkyStar2 DVB" card is no longer
working after linux upgrade.
It works fine with: 2.6.32-21.32.
In major releases (for example: 2.6.32-22) it's not able to lock to the
signal on the given frequency and never receive the FE_HAS_LOCK.
