It appears that this problem may not be a bug in Adobe Flash Player, but with how my "Windows Media Player" or "Real Player" equivalent application presents itself to the website and vice versa.
The reason is because of the following test: I used Windows XP, I did not have Real Player installed, uninstalled Windows Media Player components, disabled Windows Media Player ActiveX components in IE, installed the newest Adobe Flash Player, and navigated to the page. I got the same error prompt, but when I looked at IE -> "Tools" -> "Manage Add-Ons", the Shockwave Flash Object was loaded into IE and enabled. -- Cannot stream Netroadshow content despite having appropriate media content in Ubuntu 10.04 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/575166 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
