Hi all.This happens to me too. After making a clean install of Lucid, everything worked nice. 2 days ago did an update and mouse stops to work after suspend/resume, and the workaround was to disconnect and connect it. After connecting again worked. Touchpad has worked always for me.
But... Today, did an update, that included some kernel revision, and right now i can disconnect and connect mouse and that doesn't work any more. Its a small optical mouse... the light blinks once in a while. Rebooted and mouse is freezing right from the beginning... can only move mousepointer through touchpad. Tried to add usb_storage and usbhid to /etc/modules but no way. I never had problems with mouse... this is really frustrating, as i hate every laptop's touchpad. DAM UPDATES !
