I have just upgraded from Ubuntu 9.10 to 10.04 and the current Mapnik
package is 0.7.0-2ubuntu1, which lists as a dependency libicu42.
However, when I try to use mapnik I get ImportError: libicuuc.so.40:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.
The current version of libicu is indeed /usr/lib/libicuuc.so.42.1 but
mapnik seems to still be trying to import 40.
