Binary package hint: initramfs-tools
This occurred after startup using 10.04 live usb.
I have had similar issues when installing broadcom wireless, but this was from
a different box, different wireless, network fine.
It looks as if this error is independent of the wireless setup not
running / failing
not sure what this error is associated with
