If I am correct this bug is fixed upstream in version 0.9.28.2-9 [0]. If you want to have this fixed, either the process of a stable release update [1] should be started, but I don't think this bug justifies that. If you don't mind using PPA's (Personal Package Archives) you can add my PPA to get the latest Debian version of lazarus.
