Thanks for your report, uninja. Not all files need to validate since
they are included by a parent file in the directory structure. The
parent file is always named after the section, so in this case, the
parent file is switching.xml. That is the only file that needs to
validate. The errors being printed are references to sections written
in separate files, but still included by switching.xml.
