Public bug reported:
the wacomcpl utility is missing in Lucid. It was previously available in
the package wacom-tools in Karmic. In Lucid the utility xsetwacom from
wacom-tools has been absorbed into xserver-xorg-xinput-wacom package,
but wacomcpl is missing and wacom-tools is not available for lucid.
