Jeremy, I installed an Nvidia 9500GT graphics card and I am using the DVI output instead of the VGA. I had heard that simply switching to DVI solved the problem for a few folks, but this did not work for me. However, swithcing graphics cards (ATI integarted to Invidia PCI) did the trick.
I can remove the Nvidia Card and test the ATI integrated graphics if you like. Thanks for checking in.
