Thanks for your report.
The is a conflict between ubuntu-sounds and a package called gos-sounds. Try
removing that package and performing the upgrade again. I'm closing this report
because gos-sound is not provided by an official Ubuntu repository.
Don't hesitate to submit any new bug.
