This bug used to be a dup of #572018. As I argued in
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/enigmail-locales/+bug/572018/comments/7
the enigmail-locale-XX packages are not necessary anymore and the whole concept
has outlived its usefulness.
Therefore I request that language-selector is updated (including an SRU
to lucid) so that the unspecific (and confusing) error message "Could
not apply changes! Fix broken packages first." is avoided for this class
of errors.
