Binary package hint: testdrive

testdrive.py does this:
self.CACHE = "%s/.cache/%s" % (self.HOME, self.PKG)

This hardcodes ~/.cache. Instead, it should use xdg.BaseDirectory to use
the user's settings for their cache folder (mine is
~/Applications/Cache, for example).
