Public bug reported:
The CPU for the generic-pae kernel should really be raised to M686, like
the old server kernel was. Before Lucid was released, that kernel was
raised to M586TSC to fix bug #519448. There is no x86 CPU that supports
PAE that would not support the features like CMOV that is necessary for
M686, and yes I have checked way beyond Intel/AMD.
