I'm getting the same issue on Server 10.04 LTS. Installing mountall 2.15 appeared to fix the issue, but it has returned.
touch /forcefsck does not cause the issue - it only appears without interference (seemingly). I also noticed it started occuring again when the fsck on boot reports 'clean' as opposed to an x% fragmented type error, so this may be related. -- fsck progress stalls at boot, plymouthd/mountall eats CPU https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/571707 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
