- updated the glib required for gdbus since mpris is using it

- new version update
* debian/rhythmbox-dev.install:
- new binary shipping the include and api documentation (lp: #517675)
* debian/rhythmbox-plugins.install:
- lists the new mpris directory
* debian/rules:
- use --enable-vala
