Binary package hint: nautilus
After upgrading to Lucid, the shortcuts in "Places" all report an error:
"No applications is registered as handling this file"
In an open nautilus window, the Places shortcuts pane works fine.
Running Ubuntu Lucid 10.04 (32) with Gnome/GDM.
