@Chris The hardware does not support booting from USB, but I get the
same error. I tried removing the lines, as was mentioned in here, with
no success. It still displays the error. Updating my system did not do
it. I guess I'll post a new bug with all the info. As for the system not
loading X automatically, it seems to be related to a problem with dbus.
I think I'll just reinstall the whole system and if it still doesn't
work, post a new bug report (or look for existing ones). All this could
be due to a problem with the installation, and not grub specifically, so
I am sorry for disturbing the calm of this thread.
