* It is reproducible.
* Steps.
  1. In your File Browser take any Folder say /home/myuser/myfolder/mysubfolder
  2. From the Bookmarks menu, click Add Bookmark. Now it will be added to the 
Bookmarks and it will be shown as 'mysubfolder' in the Side Pane.
  3. In the Side Pane, right click 'mysubfolder' and click Rename. Give any new 
name say 'foo'. Now in the Bookmarks menu, it has been changed to 'foo'. But in 
the Side Pane it is still 'mysubfolder'.
  4. Close and retake the File Browser. Now in the Bookmarks and Side Pane it 
is 'foo'.
  5. Quit the nautilus (nautilus -q). Now in the  Bookmarks and Side Pane 'foo' 
is changed to 'mysubfolder', the folder name.
