Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: openoffice.org
When the first line on a new page (non 8.5x11) needs to be a heading_2,
the heading is improperly spaced down from the top of page. The problem
appears with mostly with pages created from "insert manual page break"
which have headers enabled.
Do not test this with Arial, Courier, or some other nearly fixed font.
Test with Free Times, Liberation Serif, or some other book like font
which has different spacing for different letters.
I'm running KUbuntu 10.04 64-bit AMD with all patches applied as of this
morning.
