could you please run the following command from a Terminal (Applications >
Accessories > Terminal) to attach more information to your bug report.
apport-collect -p ubuntuone-client 592917
This will help in determining what the root cause of your issue might
be.
After attaching more info or making additional comments please change
the 'Status' of your bug back to 'New'. The status of a bug report can
be modified by clicking on the current status in the yellow line, which
will reveal a sub menu. You can then set a 'New' status in the drop down
box.
