The above URL says, "In this section, $ symbolizes a command to be
entered in the user's current system, while # refers to a command
entered in the Ubuntu chroot."
However, I only see commands with a "$" at the end of the document after
the system is created. The document doesn't use a "$" for the chroot at
all, but rather within the finished system. Therefore, it is not always
clear which commands need to be entered within the chroot, and which to
enter on the host system. Clarification would help.
