When I tried a Lucid alpha on my MacBook, it didn't even boot out of the box, so I could not actually test this. Moreover, I'm getting rid of the MacBook this week (not that Apple cares... :), so I won't get a chance to test it again. However, it sounds kind-of-fixed.
