Hello Jeremy,

I have search about the bios driver on my motherboard and i have the
most recent version for linux.

It's only done for windows to have Internet directly. So it must really
a bug on the kernel or somewhere.

For info here are my bios revision ( btw, like i told you, i have a very
recent motherboard , so it was already updated but it's mine )

Version 2001

Description P5Q-E BIOS 2001
Fix system may get unstable under the "power saving mode" of EPU. It only
happens to certain CPUs.
File Size 1.15 (MBytes) 2009/03/30 update

If i look my log , it look like the kernel try different variant of usb
type so long it found the right to use, and at end when found use the
right drivers for my keyboard and mouse.

I really hope that will be fixed while it's really annoying when we
can't use any task at when kdm load...

i have a new message too in xorg about mouse and keyborad , mabye it
will help:

Configuration par défaut ModulePath set to
"/usr/lib/xorg/extra-modules,/usr/lib/xorg/modules"
Avertissement AllowEmptyInput is on, devices using drivers 'kbd',
'mouse' or 'vmmouse' will be disabled.
        Avertissement Disabling Keyboard0
        Avertissement Disabling Mouse0
        Information Loader magic: 0x7ca300

and only after a mega log and time, i get like you will see, all module
loaded and working:
