Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-runtime

Nepomuk causes frequent graphics slow-ups, making it impossible, for
instance, to play a game like Powermanga.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be in KDE.
2. Start glxgears.
3. Open the System Activity Monitor.
4. Periodically (every couple of minutes I think) glxgears will get very jerky.
At the same time you will see nepomukservices being busy in the activity
monitor, along with virtuoso-t.
5. When nepomukservices and virtuoso-t have settled down again, the graphics
work properly again.
