Public bug reported:

This is a popular issue on the forum, I'm not sure why I can't find a
bug report here. If there is one, I apologize for the dup.

Whenever GNOME's network-manager tries to connect to my WEP-protected
WiFi network, it asks for a keyring password. So for example at boot
time, I login with my password, then 10-15 seconds later I get the
prompt to enter the same password again. This also happens every time my
laptop comes out of suspend, so I have to enter the same password twice
again, and it takes forever to connect to the network.

Fresh Feisty Beta, Dell D610 laptop, Intel wireless.

** Affects: Ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
