Thanks for your report. This is also bug 61912, and occurs due to a
failure to handle uninstallable language packs. You can typically work
around this by installing in English or by disconnecting from the
network during installation.
You said you're using Feisty, but line numbers suggest that you're using
a rather old version. Please try the beta release.
