** Description changed:

  update-manager 0.124.11, Ubuntu Karmic

  1. Disconnect from AC power.
  2. Start Update Manager.

What you see: An alert with
  * the ugly title "update-manager"
  * primary text "Running on battery"
  * secondary text "Your system is running on battery. Are you sure you want to
continue?"
  * buttons in the wrong order, "Continue" and "Close".

- What you should see: An alert with
- * no title
- * primary text "This computer is running on battery power. If possible,
connect to AC power before installing updates."
- * no secondary text
- * buttons "Cancel" and "Continue".
+ <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareUpdateHandling#alert>: "The secondary
+ text for the alert should consist of one or more list items, depending
+ on the exact situation ... Whenever the computer is running on battery,
+ there should be an item (fixing bug 484249 and bug 494772) with exactly
+ the same battery icon as the power status menu is currently using for
+ the battery, and the text: “It’s safer to connect the computer to AC
+ power before installing.” (fixing bug 426708)."
