Also seeing the same issue as in comment #2. I use the "split track into a fixed number of parts" to split a 41 minute audio track into 4 parts. The parts 1,2,3,4, will be burnt onto the CD in the order 2,3,4,1.
Running 9.04 Karmic, amd64, 2.6.32-23-generic, using package 2.30.1-0ubuntu2.
