I know what the problem is, Unity was written to only allow newer gpus to work. My older radeon 9600 pro (r300) doesn't support GL_ARB_texture_non_power_of_two. So I'm probably never going to be to use Unity. This is kinda annoying, I understand Unity was designed for Netbooks and their GPUs, but it would be nice if other's were able to try the software as well.
