Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: texlive-base
The package includes an OpenType font (Philokalia), but fails to add the
path to /etc/fonts/fonts.conf. So the fonts aren't actually available to
the user.
For now, I'm working around this by symlinking the fonts into ~/.fonts/.
