Public bug reported:
After installing NTP support, the Date/Time edit application still complains
about missing NTP support. I tell the application to install NTP support, but
it doesn't seem to do anything. When I try to select NTP support again instead
of Manual configuration, it just complains about missing NTP support again..
This problem happens on an up to date Feisty Fawn installation.
