I appreciate the follow-up. I upgraded to Lucid a while back, and things seemed to be working better. I'm still not sure that all of my files are synced, but more are than were before. Unfortunately, I can't verify how much is uploaded through the web site right now--I should have 32GB (what du -hs ~/Ubuntu\ One returns), and last I checked there was only 5 GB. I have noticed (via u1sdtool) that some files appear to upload to completion, but then they sit there (claiming to be fully uploaded) until I restart the client next and upload again. I can't find evidence for this in my log files, it's only what I've observed through u1sdtool. I will advise once I can verify that these files are or are not uploaded.
