That package is completely and entirely unrelated in this case. Dragon
player is a KDE4 application, and KDE4's screensaver inhibition stack is
completely different than KDE4's. As noted in comment #4, this is a KDE
issue, not a packaging issue, and a bug report should be filed upstream.
