It has been awhile since we heard from you. We would like to address
your issue. . If you can provide the missing information please mark the
bug as 'New' and we will take a look at it.
After you attach the logs or provide additional details you can change
the 'Status' of your bug back to 'New'. The status of a bug report can
be modified by clicking on the current status in the yellow line, which
will reveal a sub menu. You can then set a new status in the drop down
box.
