I ran "ubiquity --debug" as well as "tail -f /var/log/installer/debug" and "tail -f /var/log/syslog" at 88% of the install there was an error to the effect of not been able to unmount my partition i was installing on. I tried to hook up with launchpad and was informed my password did not match, this has happened before (another bug), slightly pissed off i tried to copy the contents to a flash drive but was unsuccessfully.
