 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit
status 1

Which would mean that user nobody doesn't exists on your system.
Could you please provide the output of the command:
$ getent passwd nobody

However, this is fixed in Maverick by changing ownership to root:lpadmin
cups-pdf (2.5.0-15) unstable; urgency=low

  * Changed ownership of /var/spool/cups-pdf/ANONYMOUS from nobody:nogroup 
    to root:lpadmin (Closes: #582441).
